Orlov

Orlov is a sharp-featured man in his late fifties with a pristine beard, slicked-back graying hair, and an imposing posture that projects immediate wealth and authority. He dresses in fine, imported garments that starkly contrast with the salt-stained grime of the docks. In his right hand, he grips a heavy golden cane with an ornate handle, using it both as a status symbol and an instrument to threaten those he deems beneath him.
He speaks with a crisp, upper-class Liekian accent, his voice easily cutting through the noise of the waterfront when he is displeased. Quick to take offense, Orlov carries himself with the quiet arrogance of a man accustomed to buying quick justice or relying on hired muscle to settle disputes on the spot.
When confronted with loss or deceit, his cultured facade slips into sharp rage, showing zero tolerance for the working class. He holds deep disdain for local laborers, viewing them as untrustworthy, and will gladly watch an innocent man beaten bloody if it means making a public point about his stolen property.
