A rebellious faction within the Kenku have begun to sabotage infrastructure around The Rachis in an effort to disrupt trade and create unrest after years of feeling taken advantage of by the Aarakokra. Efforts to contact those responsible have failed and security around the trade hub has been increased in an attempt to stop future attempts.

Skyhaven has recently received an edict from Zhal’desh demanding mining rights of a rare mineral and threatening to cut off shipments of coal to the city of they don’t grant them access. Leaders within the city know that doing so well greatly impact the Temple of the Mistral Wind and cause an uproar with the citizens.

A group of poachers has begun hunting down aarakokra and kenku in the wilds around Skyhaven and selling them into bondage as exotic pets and servants. The city leaders have been slow to act, causing widespread concern. Some have even taken to establishing a reward for any who can bring an end to the practice.
